Stage 1: Browse

Take a good look through typical roles and salary bands for roles offered by an MP. Decide which role is right for you. Remember to think about which roles best suit the skills you have.

Stage 2: Apply with CV, and fill out a questionnaire.

Once you've found the right job, follow our simple submission process via the apply button. You’ll be taken to our Greenhouse platform where you can upload your CV. If you don’t already have an account with us you’ll need to create one. You’ll then be asked to fill out a short questionnaire.

Step 3: Recommendation

Your application will then be vetted by professional recruiters and the PLP Office based on IPSA job descriptions. We will recommend applicants to MPs who are hiring so that they are confident of your skills and ability. The MP will then invite you for interview.
