MPs will be advertising jobs available in their office. However, with the large number of opportunities available by submitting your CV via the Parliamentary Labour Party Office we are able to vet and recommend the best possible applicants from a range of backgrounds to parliamentarians. Take a good look through typical roles and salary bands for roles offered by an MP. Decide which role is right for you. Remember to think about which roles best suit the skills you have.
Once you've found the right job, follow our simple submission process via the apply button. You’ll be taken to our Greenhouse platform where you can upload your CV. If you don’t already have an account with us you’ll need to create one. You’ll then be asked to fill out a short questionnaire.
Your application will then be vetted by professional recruiters and the PLP Office based on IPSA job descriptions. We will recommend applicants to MPs who are hiring so that they are confident of your skills and ability. The MP will then invite you for interview.

No, by submitting an application for workforlabour.org.uk you are flagging your interest in working for a Labour MP. The Parliamentary Labour Party will vet all applications and make recommendations of suitable candidates for interview to MPs who are new and have vacancies. MPs will still be advertising their jobs as normal and you are welcome to also apply directly.
